Maple Vinaigrette

This is the perfect dressing for spring greens, baby spinach, or even a tri color rotini noodle salad! You can use this as a marinade or to finish grilled vegetables.

Ingredients:

4TBS. Pure Maple Syrup 4TBS. Red Wine Vinegar

3TBS. Dijon Mustard 2 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4tsp Salt and Pepper 1/2 TBS. White Vinegar

Whisk well together and serve! Easy Peasy.

Makes 6.75 oz of dressing. Easily halves or doubles if needed.
